01/18/2002 The small island off the coast of Australia aims to ban anyone suffering from HIV or Hepatitis from staying on the island for longer than the 30 days stipulated on a tourist visa. "It's simply inappropriate for someone to expect to just move to Norfolk Island and become a burden on the Norfolk Island health scheme if they have one of those difficulties," said John Brown, the local lawmaker.
