01/25/2006 Y llegamos a Caracas…..Fueron unas cuantas horas de vuelo, algunas tuvimos mįs, otras menos. Llegamos al aeropuerto tarde de noche y ya nos esperaban algunos voluntarios con sus camisetas rojas para ayudarnos a llenar formularios, ubicar transportes, cambios de monedas, etc. Subimos y bajamos cerros a oscuras, pasamos por barrios, calles vacķas, rutas cortadas y llegamos por fin a nuestros alojamientos. Vimos caras de siempre, caras nuevas y debo admitir por un lado la nostalgia de “nosso querido Porto Alegre” pero por otro lado esa expectativa que tiene que la sede del Foro Policéntrico sea en Venezuela, por esos vientos de cambio que soplan en esta tierra como en muchos otros paķses de nuestra América Latina.
