09/29/2006 Od ukupno 200 tijela javne vlasti kojima je iz Transparency Internationala Hrvatska (TIH) 4. 9. poslan upit stigao je ukupno 141 odgovor, odnosno 70,5 posto, od čega 125 (62,5) u zakonskom roku od 15 dana. To je najbolji odaziv od rujna 2004. godine, kada je TIH počeo slati upite tijelima javne vlasti kako bi ustanovio provode li Zakon o pravu na pristup informacijama. U 2004. godini je na upite odgovorilo 49,57 posto institucija, a u 2005. godini 57,5 posto.
